  This was our first time using Beaches which was recommended by a friend, and our dog had a great experience. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful, and the environment is super clean and does not smell like a kennel. Leon was so tired from playing at the end of the day. He'll be back.

  Beaches Pet Resort is by far the most professional and caring Pet Sitting and Training Facility I have encountered in the Metro Detroit . After working for them for approximately 9 months I saw how much love and care that both the owners and my fellow co-workers put into the facility. The cleanliness is outstanding and pets always enjoy their time spent there. The owners are willing to truly work with the pet parents and make sure every pet is accommodated no matter how much work is required. Although I no longer am employed here, I still recommend anyone who is looking for exceptional pet services from grooming to boarding to training to pet sitting to come to Beaches Pet Resort and they will not disappoint!

  Gordie was dropped off at day care and contracted kennel cough. Staff did not verbally advise us or document that day through signage of ongoing epidemic. I called next day after diagnosis was made and staff stated they had an outbreak of kennel cough yet still accepted Gordie without warning us. Subsequently they closed down (a few days after I called) to clean. Too little too late. Negligent business practice.
